If you’re heading out trick or treating with the kids – or going to one of Hamilton’s great events, stop in at The Base first. Not only do we have everything you need to look your beastly best, but, if you stop in at our Customer Service Desk in costume this Wednesday and growl ‘Trick or Treat’, we’ll reward YOU with a sweet treat* (no tricks!).
Plus, our foodcourt is open until 7pm to feed your little monsters.

FOR THE KIDS:
Treats in the Park – Purchase a $5 ticket to collect treats from the six treat stations and enjoy inflatable rides, food stalls, fun activities, entertainment, a skate comp and costume prizes. Tip: take along a reusable bag to collect treats – plastic bags will not be provided

Tui and Tama’s Fang-tastic Halloween Party – Join Tui, Tama and the Te Awamutu Museum team for an afternoon of spooky fun. Costumes welcome!

Light Party – A lighter alternative to Halloween for primary school aged children. Dress in a non-scary costume to be in to win prizes, play gala-style games, eat free frood and do craft activities

The Walking Dead Halloween Quiz – Foundation Bar and Kitchen at The Base spooks up their quiz night with a quiz based on The Walking Dead TV series, seasons 1-8.
When: Monday 29 October, 6.30pm registration

Cost: $5 per person, maximum 8 people per team
Halloween – Laurie Strode comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago. Rated R16 for violence, offensive language and horror
