The Big Tautoko is starting in February, and we’re looking for deserving community groups to participate and WIN* their share of $6,500 in prizes!
We're calling everyone in the community to nominate a deserving community group or charity for The Big Tautoko. If they are selected, customers in centre can vote for them to WIN* their share of $6,500 in prizes to support their good work in the community!
Plus, to reward your good deed, by nominating you'll go in the draw to WIN a $250 shopping spree!*

HOW IT WORKS...
Nominations: 2 - 20 January 2025
Nominations open to the public from 2nd - 20th January 2025 and are accepted through online submission via the nomination form. We are calling for nominations of community groups and charitable organisations who are registered non-profit. All nominations received will reviewed to ensure they are eligible to participate**. Of those eligible, FOUR community groups and/or charitable organisations will be randomly selected to participate in The Big Tautoko.
The Big Tautoko: 10th February - 2nd March 2025
The Big Tautoko starts on February 10 2025. Customers at The Base can scan the QR code and vote for their favourite community group / charitable organisation to receive their share of $6,500 in prizes.
- 1st Place will receive $3,000 in prizes*
- 2nd Place will receive $2,000 in prizes*
- 3rd place will receive $1,000 in prizes*
- 4th place will receive $500 in prizes*
A display inside Te Awa will be dedicated to promoting the participating community groups / charities and to encourage customers to vote.
